Web Log (Blog) Creation and Participation

After you create a Blog, comment to this Post and add a hyperlink to your BLOGSPOT.
When you create your Post, show an example of how you want others to format their comments.

Also, add a comment (or more) to each other person's Blog.

You can show your creativity by adding graphics from sites like - http://www.glittergraphics.us/

Let Mr. Turton know when you have received an acceptable comment from each person in the class. The percent of the class that comments to your Post is a portion of the grade you get on the project.
Be creative and get started early.

ACCESS Tips

Create a comment that explains a tip you have for other students who are learning and using ACCESS.

Here are the guidelines:
  • Make it original.
  • Read the comments that already have been posted.
  • Make sure your tip works.
  • Before your click on Publish, minimize this window and test your own tip.
  • Take your time. Proofread your comment and check for grammar.
  • Use complete sentences.Keep it simple.
  • If your tip requires multiple steps, list them separately with enough detail.

Follow the example below to meet the minimum expectation.
Example:

Tip - Copy and Paste a cell's formatting only.

  • Click on the cell you want to copy the Formatting for.
  • Right click and choose Copy.
  • Click on the cell(s) you want to copy the formatting to.
  • Choose Edit - Paste Special from the Standard Tool Bar.
  • Choose Format Only and OK.

List a new skill or idea you gained from watching one of your peers presenting their PowerPoint Project. Your comment could relate to the PowerPoint software or the presenter's style or technique. Be sure your comment is unique. Read the existing comments first.
