When in word, and wanting to write like an essay for school, go up to the toolbar where it says format, and click on paragraph. That way you can double space your work. Teachers like that better because they can correct, and read your paper much easier.
Make sure you always add a header and footer to all your word assignments. To do this you click on "view" on the top left corner and click Header and Footer.
Always save your work, you can do this by Ctrl S, File Save or by clicking on the floppy disk.
Press ctrl and home to return to box A1.
Tip-For a quick way to undo something. Press Ctrl+Z.
You can press Ctrl+S to save your work instead of going to file save. It's much faster
For an easy way to print, just press Ctrl+P.
My tip for word is about bold, underline, and italics. If you don't want to waste and spead your time grabbing the mouse, looking for the icon, and clicking it to make your font bold, underlined, or italics, there is a couple things you can press. CTRL + U for underline, CTRL + B for bold, and CTRL + I for italics. Its a quick and easy way if you are in a rush, or just don't want to grab the mouse, look for it, and then click the icon. Try it out!
To insert the time quickly press Alt+Shift+T and it will insert the time!
